Partnering with Shred-It for Secure Document Disposal
Our long-standing partnership with Shred-It allows us to provide a free, secure way for our clients and community to shred sensitive documents, helping to keep personal information safe and secure. It’s a privilege to host this event every year, knowing the positive impact it has on protecting against identity theft and fraud.

Special Giveaways and Important Save the Dates
At this year’s event, we were delighted to hand out Kaydan Wealth Management tote bags. Each bag contained:

Since we’ve hosted this event for a decade, we know the need for shredding varies each year. These tote bags are meant to store your shredding materials until next year’s event. For smaller amounts, remember we offer in-office shredding services. Feel free to bring your tote bag of shredding to your next meeting. If you missed the event and still want a bag, stop by our Fenton Office to pick one up while supplies last.

The Federal Trade Commission reported $10 billion in fraud losses in 2023, and that figure only accounts for the reported cases. Many more instances of fraud go unreported and unnoticed. Protecting personal information through secure document shredding is a critical step in reducing the risk of identity theft.
In our continued effort to enhance your security, we recently hosted an enlightening webinar with Jeff Lanza, a retired FBI Special Agent and renowned cybersecurity expert, titled “Simple Safeguards: How to Stay Safe From Cyber Crime and Identity Theft.” During this session, Jeff shared his vast experience and deep knowledge of cybercrime, focusing on practical strategies to help protect against identity theft and cybercrime. With cyber threats on the rise, his insights are more crucial than ever, providing attendees with actionable advice to help enhance their digital security.
