Kaydan Wealth Management Donates 121 Coats and Over $6,800 In Local Community!
Fenton, MI – On Tuesday, December 29, 2020, Kaydan Wealth Management donated 121 coats and over $6,800 to children and adults in need of warmth. The coats were donated to Carriage Town Ministries in downtown Flint, MI as the result of Kaydan Wealth Management’s 7th Annual One Warm Coat Drive. Monetary donations collected on the Kaydan Cares One Warm Coat website support OWC’s overall mission to help warm children, families, veterans, seniors, and the homeless all across North America.
Each year, Founder of Kaydan Wealth Management, Jim Kruzan, CFP®, CRPC®, and his wife, Dena, match each donated coat with a brand new coat. This year, in lieu of coats and in the hopes of having a greater local impact, the Kruzan’s personally donated $5,000 directly to Carriage Town Ministries. This money allows Carriage Town the flexibility to purchase other essentials like blankets and bedding, warm weather attire, personal hygiene products, etc.
“This is going to go a long way in helping support our residents,” shared Matt Dieterle, Donation Supervisor at Carriage Town Ministries.
“Every year, we look forward to working with One Warm Coat. There is a real need for coats in our community, especially due to the struggle caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. One Warm Coat’s program makes it easy for us to make a difference locally and spread much needed warmth all across the country.” said Danielle Howard, Director of Marketing and Communications at Kaydan Wealth Management. “Normally, we have great big coat donation boxes in our lobby that give us the opportunity to thank our donors in person. This year, due to the pandemic, social distancing, and our team working remotely, we were more grateful than ever to be partnered with One Warm Coat. Their suite of resources made it easy for us to quickly adapt and print signage for a weather-proof bin to be placed outside of our Fenton Office so we could continue receiving coat donations.”
This is Kaydan Wealth Management’s 7th Annual One Warm Coat Drive. During this time, Kaydan Wealth Management has brought together it’s community to help collect and donate over 1,286 coats and $7,200.

Last year, more than 500,000 warm coats were distributed across North America to children and adults in need through One Warm Coat’s Coat Drive program.
