2019 One Warm Coat Kickoff

November 11, 2019 kicks off our 6th Annual One Warm Coat Drive.

Every year, as cold temperatures approach, we partner with One Warm Coat, our community, and clients to help warm our neighbors in need.

We invite you to join us on our mission by donating your gently used, clean, warm coats for all ages to our collection boxes (locations listed below).

This year, our goal is to donate 500 coats! In 2018, we donated an impressive 423 coats so we’ll need as much help as possible to break our record.

Don’t forget, for each used coat donated, Kaydan Cares will purchase and donate a brand new coat to the cause.

There are several ways you can support the drive:

  • Donate coats to our drive!
    From Nov. 11th to Dec. 13th, stop by either of our Fenton or Auburn Hills offices to drop off gently worn, warm coats of any size. Drop off times are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Monday through Friday). Please let us know if you need an alternative drop off time.
  • Donate dollars!
    Donations to One Warm Coat support their coat drive program and outreach efforts. Every $5 donated warms 10 people – what an incredible impact! You can donate directly to Kaydan Wealth Management’s coat drive here.
  • Help us spread the word!
    There are millions of Americans who simply cannot afford a warm coat. Share a picture of your donation using the hashtags #no1cold, #igavewarmth, and #kaydancares to help share our mission.

Our 2019 One Warm Coat Drive will conclude on Friday, December 13, 2019. This end date will help us ensure all donated coats can be delivered to Carriage Town Ministries (Flint, MI) and distributed locally to help provide a warmer winter for those in need.

We hope you will support our efforts and help us make this year’s coat drive even better than the last.
