Darren Brennan: Our Newest CRPC®

Congratulations are in order for our very own Darren Brennan, CFP®, CRPC®, who recently earned his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation. Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) is a professional financial planning designation awarded by the College for Financial Planning. Individuals may earn the CRPC designation by completing a study program and passing a final examination.

Already a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM, providing financial planning across all aspects of an individual’s life, Brennan added the CRPC designation to his skillset as it focuses on retirement planning. CRPC’s have in-depth knowledge of the entire retirement planning process (pre and post-retirement) and specifically focus studies on:

  • Meeting multiple financial objectives
  • Sources of retirement income
  • Personal savings
  • Employer-sponsored retirement plans
  • Income taxes
  • Retirement cash flow
  • Asset management
  • Estate planning
  • And more.
