Kruzan named to Barron’s 2019 Top 1200 Financial Advisors

Congratulations to Jim Kruzan
for being named to
BARRON’S 2019 TOP 1200 FINANCIAL ADVISORS

Congratulations are in order, again! This year, Barron’s recognized Jim Kruzan as one of their 2019 Top 1200 Financial Advisors.

Kruzan says, “believe me, it’s been a team effort!”

Barron’s annual Top 1,200 ranking recognizes outstanding advisors from all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia. It’s their largest, most comprehensive listing, and it encompasses everyone from independents, who own and operate their own practices, to employees of the big Wall Street firms. Rankings are based on each financial advisors assets under management (AUM), revenue generated by advisors for their firms, and the quality of their practices. Investment performance isn’t an explicit criterion, because it is often a function of each client’s appetite for risk. Barron’s says, “In our evaluations, we examine regulatory records, internal company documents, and 100-plus data points provided by the advisors themselves.” Click here for more on Barron’s methodology and the complete list of advisors recognized.

Factors included in the rankings: assets under management, revenue produced for the firm, regulatory record, quality of practice and philanthropic work. Investment performance is not an explicit component because not all advisors have audited results and because performance figures often are influenced more by clients’ risk tolerance than by an advisor’s investment-picking abilities. The ranking may not be representative of any one client’s experience, is not an endorsement, and is not indicative of an advisor’s future performance.
